Bhubaneswar: An important interactive session took place in Bhubaneswar, featuring members of the RERA Bar, to unveil the upgraded Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) Version 2.0. The event began with a warm welcome from Dipak Kumar Beshra, the joint secretary of the Finance department, who greeted the esteemed panel and Bar members.
He emphasized the significant impact ORERA 2.0 could have on transforming the real estate regulatory framework in Odisha. Pradeep Kumar Biswal, a member of ORERA's Administration, referred to the new platform as a revolutionary step towards enhancing transparency, accountability, and efficiency in real estate management.
Manas Kumar Mishra, an adjudicating officer at ORERA, further discussed how digitization simplifies compliance processes and empowers legal professionals in a fast-evolving, technology-driven regulatory landscape.
Gopal Chandra Patnaik, the member (Judicial) and chairperson-in-charge of ORERA, expressed his appreciation for the Bar Association's ongoing support and encouraged constructive feedback for the effective implementation of the platform.
A key moment of the session was a live demonstration of ORERA 2.0, created by CSM Tech, which highlighted its enhanced features, streamlined processes, and user-friendly design aimed at improving user experience. The event wrapped up with an engaging Q&A session where Bar members provided valuable insights and suggestions.
Mousumi Mishra, Under Secretary & Officer on Special Duty (Land Matters), concluded the session with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the active participation and support from attendees. With ORERA 2.0 on the verge of launch, Odisha is set to establish a new standard in transparent and tech-enabled real estate governance.
